How Do I Schedule An Appointment?

You can schedule an appointment online, it's fast and easy. If you prefer to schedule over the phone, you can speak to a representative 9am-4pm Monday through Friday. You can also leave us a voice message and we will return your call within one business day.

How Long Will My Appointment Take?

Most appointments are completed in 30-60 minutes for each device. Please plan us to have your device for 1hr to be safe.

How Soon Can I Schedule An Appointment?

You can schedule same day appoints if available or up to 5 days in advance.

What If I Need To Cancel My Appointment?

You can cancel your appointment online or by phone at any time. We appreciate at least 2hrs notice.

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks.

What Days And Times Are Available?

Peppy Techs are available Monday - Friday from 10am to 6pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. You can see the available appointment times on our schduling page.
